DARK ALLEY MEDIA PURCHASES PRIMEPORK AMSTERDAM

Dark Alley Media has bought Primepork Amsterdam, the companies announced today in a joint statement.The acquisition gives Dark Alley ownership of the entire stock of 22 Primepork Titles, in addition to three unreleased titles, the Primepork website, the “Primepork” brand, and its Netherlands based corporation.
“We are excited to have made this acquisition,” said company President Matthias von Fistenberg, “Primepork is a brand I have always admired for the unscripted, intense, and playful sexuality that they present in their movies,” adding “The guys in those films never look like they are at work.”

Dark Alley Media had been the exclusive distributor of Primepork in the United States up until the acquisition. Dark Alley now will run worldwide distribution as well as maintain all VOD distribution rights. Owen Hawk told JRL..“We will continue to produce under the Primepork label,” said von Fistenberg, “They have a very large and loyal fanbase and we want all those guys to know that we will continue this line and stay true to the Primepork brand.”

Rick Strauss, founder of Primepork Amsterdam was happy to be passing the torch onto a company he respected: “When you work for many years of your life building something that is your own, and when you are ready to move on, nothing is better than knowing that you are leaving your ‘baby’ in very talented and capable hands.”
Owen Hawk, Vice President of Dark Alley, says the acquisition will solidify Dark Alley as the premier gay hardcore company: “With this purchase, we now have a library of over 50 high quality, hardcore titles, and we are strategically positioned in both the United States and Europe.”
The next release from Primepork will be “Fisting Book 3” and is available for purchase now.
