FANTASY ADULT VIDEO ROBBERS GET SENTENCED 7 - 15 YEARS IN PRISON

The three were arrested in January in connection with a pair of December robberies of adult video stores.Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies told JRL that the pair along with another partner, Crystal Jo Allen, 34, first robbed the Adult Fantasy Video Store at 6440 SW Coronado St. in Portland at 4:43 a.m. on Dec. 27th, 2009. An hour later, the threesome struck again at Mr. Peeps Adult Super Store in Aloha, deputies said.

Videos and evidence including guns, masks and methamphetamine found in Carmichael's car helped deputies identify the suspects. Carmichael was also charged and convicted of robbing the West Union Sports Pub in Rock Creek early this year on Jan 3rd, 2010.
Yesterday, court records show Allen pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree robbery and one count of attempted second-degree robbery in April. She was sentenced to 7 1/2 years in prison and three years of post-prison supervision.

Brian James Winebarger- Winebarger was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and six counts of second-degree robbery.
Darren Carmichael was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery, eight counts of second-degree robbery and one count of felon in possession of a firearm. Sentence: County prosecutor Bracken McKey said Winebarger pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree robbery in May and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. In a stipulated plea agreement, his other charges were dropped.

Carmichael pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of first-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree robbery. Per his plea deal, his other charges were dismissed. Carmichael was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Crystal Jo Allen- He will serve at the same time as another sentence he is serving for his involvement in a Multnomah County robbery. His charges are Measure 11 crimes, so he will not be eligible for early release. He also sentenced to drug treatment and post-prison supervision.
