POLICE CONTINUE SILENCE ON INCIDENT AT AMAZING.NET VIDEO SUPERSTORE

On January 5th, 2010, Rhode Island State Police were called to the retail location of Amazing.net Video, an adult video store at 6774 Post Road.

The strange thing about this case is that the North Kingstown police were and are still keeping quiet about the case. North Kingstown Police Lt. Carlton Arruda stated on the night of the incident "To release anything now would jeopardize the dialog we have with the involved individuals."
Arruda also stated that there was an incident that had happened Tuesday between 4 p.m. and midnight involving an employee and a non-employee. The investigators are still trying to determine what happened.

"It's non-distinct who is who," Arruda stated to the press when asked who was the victim and who the perpetrator. "It's nebulous."
The leutinant wouldn't say whether anyone was injured or if anyone was taken for medical assistance. Nor did Arruda state what the genders of the participants were or whether anything was stolen from Amazing.net Video.
However Lt. Arruda did state.. "The public at large is not in any danger."

Amazing.net Video is located in the same building as Print World, however the entrance for Amazing.net Video is behind the building for privacy of their customers.
While Amazing.net Video is known for their preview booths and DVD rentals and sales, they are also well known for lingerie, devices and lotions.Amazing Video.net Video makes huge profits off of their popular private booths.
1. Could this be that parties involved were possibly engaged in lewd conduct in the booths and things go out of hand?
2. Were advances made on an individual that weren't wanted?
These are the questions that some are asking. State Police Capt. Darren Delaney stated back on January 6th that troopers helped canvass the area Tuesday after 9:30 p.m. for a male suspect with possible stab wounds.
With know leads or victims to be found, the ceased their search after two hours. No one was available from Amazing.net Video for comment to any news outlets that this reporter is aware of.
