ROLF HAMMERSCHMIDT HANGS OUT WITH JRL'S JEFF LIVINGSTON

Jeff: Today is a hot day at the JRL Compound and what better way to relax than to sit by the pool with a cold glass of lemonade and have a chat with one of today's hottest european directors in the Gay Adult Film Industry.Yes, I'm talking about the one, the only, Rolf Hammerschmidt of Hammer Entertainment.
Are you ready Rolf?
Rolf: Hello Jeff, and yes I’m ready for it.
Jeff: Rolf, your movies are blowing up on American shores as well as in Europe. What's your secret to delivering nothing but perfection everytime out?
Rolf: There are no secrets...I love my work, I love to be surrounded with beautiful people and this makes me very happy.

Jeff: East Side Boys 1 and 2, Sex Seekers; Where do you get the concepts for these films. Do you have an idea of what you want when you see models together or, is it scripted?
Rolf: No my goals for Hammer Entertainment movies is only to find nice young looking men. We purposely look for potential performers that have no experience at all in front of camera. We have succeeded in this concept for every movie Hammer Entertainment has produced.
Jeff: JRL fans want to know about the man "Behind the Camera"....tell us about you.
Rolf: Since 1990 I have produced over 500 films, of which some have been the most famous titles of the 19-90s. Titles such as "FAIRYTALES", "BOYTROPOLIS" and "INTERNAT 1900”. I currently live in Prague, which in my opinion is the most beautiful city in the world. I’m very happy here.
Jeff: How did you get the deal with Magnus Distribution here in America?

Rolf: We got the contact through our partner in America Michael Fooks who happens to work for U.S. Male Studios. After a short period of time in negotiations, we closed the deal to have Magnus Disribution to be Hammer Entertainment's exclusive American distributor.
Jeff: I've got to know...where do you find these studs? Bars, modeling agencies, talent agencies...?
Rolf: No Bars, there are many ways to find nice and beautiful looking guys. But please forgive me, I can’t tell you more, because that’s is our secret.
Jeff: Rolf, you've been in this business for years. How do you see it right now overall. Because, a lot of talk is going around about how slow the business is on bothsides Straight and Gay. While at the same time, other companies are reporting positive growth. How do you see it right now?
Rolf: At the moment it maybe a bit slow, but I see only positive numbers. If your product is strong enough you will survive, and that’s what we are thankful for.
Jeff: Summer Dreams [2008] is coming in May to America through Magnus. Tell us about this one and please,...in the true tradition of Rolf Hammerschmidt.
Rolf: It’s so long ago, I don’t remember any juicy stories. The only think that I can tell you is that it was a huge project. Many hours went into the production of Summer Dreams [2008].
Jeff: What's the future hold for Hammer Entertainment?
Rolf: We hope another 800 Movies.
Jeff: Tell us about the Official Hammer Entertainment website?
Rolf: We will be reconstructing the Hammer Entertainment web site in the near future. Right now, it's just a free promotional web site.
Jeff: How do you feel about VOD...Is it profitable for you?
Rolf: At the moment not very much. I suspect it is because consumers are watching their dollars with the gas prices like they are these days in America.
