If art submissions do not meet specifications, JRL reserves the right to use old art that does meet specs, or at its’ discretion, optimize submitted art for broadcast on the site. If optimization is possible, the fee is $100 per incident. If optimization is not possible, the art will be rejected and cancellation fees, non-refund fees and policies may apply.

NOTE: Optimize .gif animations so that only the animated area refreshes such that ad sizes are not doubled or tripled. If your creative requires double or triple bandwidth, contact sales for a multi-ad rate discount. Bandwidths larger than the specs above may be considered more than one ad placement.

RENEWAL AND/OR CANCELLATION

Your contract will service as a binding agreement for the length of the contract period mentioned on your campaign. Cancellation of advertising run requires a thirty (30) DAY advance written email notice from said client on the JRL website. Any discounts applied to the contract will be void and client will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of (1) month to terminate said agreement.

Cancellation under 30 days will incur a fee of 50% of one month’s advertising cost.
