CASPER, WY – JRL CHARTS first reported on this case back on December 29, 2011 when a couple was arrested for an armed robbery at an Adult Video store in Casper.

Well the case has finally come to a close when Casey Bingemer pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery at the legendary adult video store at gunpoint last Friday April 27, 2012.

Casey Bingemer withdrew a former not guilty plea in exchange for the state’s dismissal of three other charges related to aggravated robbery and methamphetamine possession which would have made her years in prison a life sentence.

Conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery is a felony punishable by a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 25 years in prison. Bingemer also faces a fine of up to $10,000. She will undergo a pre-sentencing investigation before being sentenced by the court.

Bingemer admitted to planning and executing a robbery at the Emporium Video Exchange located at 1210 East F Street around 9:10 p.m. on December 27, 2011.  She reportedly entered the store with Antoine D. Miller, who pointed a shotgun at the clerk while Bingemer took $400 in cash from the register, according to an arrest affidavit.

The two were taken into custody at a West Yellowstone Highway hotel the next morning December 28, 2011.

Police were led to Bingemer and Miller when the owner of the store recognized Bingemer in the store’s surveillance video of the robbery. Bingemer had previously worked at the Emporium Video Exchange, the owner told police.

When authorities arrested Bingemer and Miller at the Sage & Sand Motel after a short standoff, they reportedly found methamphetamine paraphernalia, a bag containing $400 and a semiautomatic BB gun that matched the description of the weapon used in the robbery.

Miller also faces charges of aggravated robbery, conspiracy and felony methamphetamine possession. His arraignment will be held on May 17, 2012, according to Casper attorney Jamie Woolsey.
